Benny my little bee hunter :-) has been adopted to Norway!

Benny is my sweet little bee hunter. That`s why he is always carrying his pink scoop with him which I made from tulle and a thin wire. Also the bee`s wings consist of tulle and very fine wire, so they are flexible. I framed them with embroidery thread (all in all a quite filigree job :-)) ... Benny`s fur is Steiff-Schulte antique viscose, his eyes are black German glass. For more expression I carefully needle felted his eye lids. His small nose is embroidered and his face is gently shaded by hand with pastel. His tummy is filled with polyfill and steel shots and he is five way jointed so that he can pose in many different ways. Benny`s paws are embroidered. I made aquamarine blue linen trousers with a white silk ribbon for him.

Benny is completely handmade by myself and he is, like all my bears, an absolute OOAK!

Jerome will travel to Saint-Petersburg - and in autumn he will move with his mom to London...

Well this is Jerome, a cute little bear boy of 16 cm. His fur is simply gorgous - I cannot stop stroking this wonderful Steiff-Schulte silk mohair... I gave Jerome black German glass eyes, and for even more expression I carefully needle felted his eye lids. His small nose is embroidered and his face is gently shaded by hand. For weight I filled him with polyfill and steel shots and he is five way jointed for multiple posing. Furthermore I sculpted nice needle felted paw pads for him. He is wearing a long lime-green scarf whose colour forms a beautiful contrast to his hazel fur.

Jerome is completely handmade by myself and he is, like all my bears, an absolute OOAK!

Marie is living in Belgium now

Here is my latest little sunshine! Marie is a curious 15 cm tall girl.

Her fur is made from soft antique viscose (Steiff-Schulte), her little nose is embroidered. She has needle felted eyelids, black German glass eyes and she is five way jointed so that she can pose in multiple ways.
I sculpted her paw pads and shaded them carefully in a fine brown. Marie`s face is also shaded by hand, and for weight she is filled with polyfil and steel shots.
